Order cancellation

Only Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid it can’t be cancelled. If your order is on cash on delivery you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don't work out the way we want them to, which is why we offer a 7 day return policy.

1. Shipping Damage: If your order arrives with visible external damage due to shipping or if you receive a product that is damaged upon receipt, please document the damage with clear photographs & unboxing video and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility: If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of shipping the product back to us. Our customer support team will provide you with the necessary return address details.
   
3. Refund Initiation Timeline: After receiving the returned product and conducting an investigation to ensure everything is in order, your refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days. The refund will be processed to your Google Pay account / UPI ID.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

It takes 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at maxoraofficial@gmail.com.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

At My Smile Cart, we take the delivery of your orders seriously, and we make every effort to ensure that your package arrives at the correct address. During the checkout process, we attempt to validate the shipping address provided to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the carrier.

In the event that we cannot validate the address provided, we will try to contact the customer to obtain an updated address. However, if we cannot update the address, we will be forced to cancel the order and issue a refund.
